We need your help to build on the work we have already done through IDSA’s Clinical Affairs Committee, advocating for better compensation for our Society members. You can do this by participating in our brief 2019 ID Physician Compensation Survey. Add your response and get access to the data set to see where your salary ranks, and also be entered to win one of two $250 Amazon gift cards.
A medical writer is needed to attend the IDSA Research Summit (Oct. 29-30, 2019) in Washington, DC and write a whitepaper that captures the viral respiratory disease recommendations developed from the meeting, in addition to providing sufficient background on why efforts are desperately needed to promote antimicrobial stewardship in ambulatory care settings. The medical writer will be paid a stipend and reimbursed for travel expenses to attend the Summit.
How do you demonstrate the Value of ID in a value-based healthcare system that is focused on quality measurement, resource utilization, patient satisfaction, and outcomes? To help answer that question and inform the larger IDSA quality strategy we need your participation in the IDSA Quality Improvement Activities Survey.
The IDSA/HIVMA Science Speaks blog is seeking guest contributors of posts explaining and illustrating the impacts of policies, funding and research in global responses to infectious diseases, and in efforts to detect, prevent, diagnose, treat and prevent infections where they originate. These can include posts about recent research, programs, and advocacy efforts, as well as conference coverage.
