Fellows In-Training Exam
The Fellows In-Training Exam (ITE) gives fellows an opportunity to identify areas in which they need additional programmatic instruction and self-directed learning. Test takers are able to compare their scores with fellows nationwide.
IDSA Antimicrobial Stewardship Curriculum for ID Fellows
Coming Summer 2019, IDSA developed its first ever comprehensive CORE Antimicrobial Stewardship Curriculum. The curriculum is designed to provide ID fellows with a foundation in antimicrobial stewardship, regardless of their ultimate career plans, as well as ensure that we are training future leaders in the field.
IDSA Practice ExamExternal Link
The IDSA Practice Exam is a timed exam, containing 50 case-based multiple-choice questions, and designed to provide an opportunity to prepare for the ID Board Exam, in addition to a general review of infectious diseases topics. Upon completion of the exam, a score, along with a report containing learning objectives of items answered incorrectly, will be provided. The exam has been created in cooperation with the National Board of Medical Examiners.
Infection Control Course
The course "Primer on Healthcare Epidemiology, Infection Control & Antimicrobial Stewardship: Online ID Fellows" is a product of the membership of the Society of Healthcare Epidemiology of America (SHEA) and is endorsed by Infectious Disease Society of America (IDSA) and Pediatric Infectious Disease Society (PIDS).
